POLENTA PIE WITH GORGONZOLA

The weather was stormy in Atlanta last night. With wind and rain lashing the windows it was definitely a night to stay in and eat something warm and comforting.

One of our favorite food magazines is Saveur, and their website has a great recipe database. A quick search led us to this recipe for Polenta Pie with Gorgonzola.
Using just four ingredients (polenta, butter, gorgonzola and asiago) it is simple to put together (especially if you opt for instant polenta).

Paired with a green salad to offset the richness of the dish and a glass of red wine this is perfect fare for a stormy winter evening.
